Find Your Serve Team

Discover your purpose, use your gifts, and make a difference by serving at Living Waters.

What are Serve Teams?

Serve Teams are groups of people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are intentionally using them to serve in our church and community. Whether it's creating a welcoming environment, helping kids grow in faith, supporting worship, or behind-the-scenes with tech and production — every role matters. Serve Teams are how we partner together to live out God’s purpose at Living Waters.

Why Serve?

  • Make a Difference – Your service impacts lives: visitors, regular attendees, kids, families, and more.
  • Use Your Gifts – We believe God has given you unique strengths, and serving is a way to express those.
  • Connect with Community – Serving connects you to people, builds relationships, and strengthens the body of Christ.
  • Grow Spiritually – Serving shapes your character, faith, and maturity in Christ.

Serve Team Areas

Here are some of the serve teams you can join at Living Waters:

Our team serves in the main café by filling food and drink orders, setting up and cleaning the café, and re-stocking the free coffee stations.

Our greeters provide a welcoming smile and help first-time guests find where to go once they step foot in the church.

Our Info Desk team provides information about all things going on at Living Waters!

We have opportunities to teach and lead children from birth to 5th grade.

Our team serves by assisting parents in check in their children and printing security badges. We also assist parents by answering questions in the kids lobby and walking first-time guests to their child’s classroom.

Our team serves in the technical/production aspects of the worship experience by using media, live video, lighting and audio. There are opportunities to serve in our main services, kids, and youth.

Our Mighty Works special needs team serves children by providing specific and intentional care during services.

Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, helps distribute communion, and maintains a distraction-free service environment.

Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals and instruments, with opportunities to serve on Sundays and during Wednesday night Youth ministry services.

Our Youth Ministry team leads our students into a growing relationship with Christ by leading small group discussions during Sunday morning services and fellowshipping with students during Wednesday night services.
