What if my child is nervous or has never attended before?
It’s completely normal for kids to feel a little nervous, especially if it’s their first time at VBX! One great way to help them feel more comfortable is to invite a friend to attend with them. Our team is intentional about creating a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where every child can feel included and at ease.
For safety reasons, parents are not able to stay during VBX unless they are serving as a volunteer and have a completed background check on file with Living Waters.
Can I volunteer at VBX if my child attends?
We love having volunteers at VBX! Please use the volunteer link on our VBX page to sign-up. A background check is required and provided free of charge to all volunteers. Please note that being a VBX volunteer does not guarantee that you will be with your child during VBX.
What if I want to volunteer but have children under 5 years old?
Mini VBX is available for children birth through 4 years old for volunteers. Registration is required.
