MDO Teacher

Living Waters Mother's Day Out (LWMDO) is a ministry of Living

Waters Church where children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing

environment filled with God's love.

Availability

12 Hours Weekly / Tue & Thurs 8:30 am-2:30 pm / $15 per hr

Requirements

● Pass a background check

● Be a follower of Jesus Christ

● Attend LW Church or submit home church pastoral reference

● Have a high school diploma or equivalent

● Demonstrate a love for children

● Previous experience working with children (early childhood

preferred)

● Be in good health, able to bend, lift and physically take care of

children

● Be at least 18 years of age.

Expectations

● Help provide and maintain a Christian environment in which the

children may grow physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and

spiritually.

● Provide instruction in the classroom and work cohesively with

co-teacher.

● Build relationships with the children.

● Be mindful of each child's learning needs and be able to adapt

lessons in order for them to succeed.

● Engage/partner with the children and families involved in MDO.

● Maintain a clean and orderly room each day.

● Maintain good communication with the Director regarding any

needs or concerns in the classroom.

● Maintain good attendance.

 

Event Childcare Worker

 

Living Waters Church is looking for caring, compassionate Childcare Workers to care for children ages 6 weeks-5th grade. We are committed to providing quality care for children who attend events at Living Waters. If you are a patient, caring person, that loves kids, we hope you will join our event team!

Availability

  • Some Wednesdays and Every Thursday during the Life Group Semester.

Expectations

  • Follow cleaning protocol throughout the shift to keep interactive areas sanitary and safe.

  • Monitor and interact with children during all activities to ensure the safety of all children.

 Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 Years of age or older, 18 or older preferred.

  • Previous childcare / babysitting experience preferred.

  • Caring and compassionate attitude.

  • Successful completion of a background check, belief statement and required training.
