ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Part Time: Up to 25 hrs a week (Sundays Required, Weekdays Flexible)


THE ROLE

Advance the vision of Living Waters by providing exceptional administrative support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees administrative tasks directly related to all church operations and events

  • Manage Sunday morning logistics including: Connect Center and lobby prep, Hosting guest speakers, Communion (scheduling, preparation, and supplies)

  • Assist with financial deposits and database entry

  • Maintain church database including: entry of new members, updating information, updating calendar, and sending update emails

  • Weekly tasks include (but are not limited to): staff and board meeting notes, filing, purchasing, answering phone calls and following up with messages

  • Assist with Pastoral travel and travel needs of guest speakers


WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

  • Is a growing follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of Living Waters

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in administrative support

  • Experience in building, supporting, and leading teams

  • Familiar with database technology (CCB or Planning Center) and/or Google Suite (preferred not required)
